Sant'Angelo Lodigiano (Lodi) – Rising athletics star Kelly Ann Doualla , the fifteen-year-old “black arrow” who set the Italian Under-23 record in the 60 metres indoors, yesterday morning inaugurated the brand new sports fields at the Pandini Commercial and Surveying Technical Institute in Sant'Angelo Lodigiano, which she attends, for which two million were spent , including the fire-fighting system.

Alongside Mayor Cristiano Devecchi (both in the photo), Kelly cut the ribbon for the first school building project in Lodi financed by the Pnrr.
